SHIPPING OPTIONS
How do I track my order?
 

All of our orders are sent via our freight partner Parcel Post. We will be happy to provide a tracking number for any orders that have not been received within 5 working days.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We provide 2 options:

1. Collect in person - Our address details can be found within - Visit Us

2. Parcel Post is our freight partner. Where required we can provide next day delivery for an additional fee. 

Delivery will be arranged on the following business day upon receipt of payment. Please note that delivery charges are subject to postal charges subject to postal charges imposed by Parcel Post. Standard delivery timings within Australia are within 2-5 working days. 

 

The current standard fees are as follows:

Up to 500g = $9.20

500g - 1kg = $12.45

1kg - 3kg = $15.70

3kg - 5kg = $18.95

Confirmation of an order?

Once we receive your order details, we will confirm your order and the total payment required for the purchase and the delivery charges (if applicable). Please note that the prices quoted on each item are not inclusive of delivery charges.

 

Can I reserve an item listed?
Yes - Reservations are allowed. However, if we do not hear from you within 48 hours, the item will be released to the next interested buyer without prior notice
Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes we can ship internationally and will provide a quote from our freight partner Parcel Post and advise the cost accordingly prior to confirming your order.

Ordering Process?
 

Orders may be made via the following methods

  • E-mail: Drop us an e-mail at preloved.labels@outlook.com together with your Order Details or

  • Facebook: Send us a Facebook message together with your Order Details; or

  • Comment on our Facebook page on the item page you wish to order and send us your Order Details via Facebook message: https://www.facebook.com/prelovedlabelsbirkdale

  • Call us directly on +61 401 495 765 to organise payment upon collection

  • If you are purchasing through PayPal, please drop us an e-mail at preloved.labels@outlook.com to check on

  • availability of item before completing the transaction

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We guarantee that the items we sell are of acceptable quality when sold. For those items that in some way find their way through our thorough screening process we will either repair the item or we will provide a refund on the applicable item (in the case of being damaged or stained)

 

In such instance we would request that you return the item so we can then inspect it and assess whether it can be repaired or is eligible for a refund.

 

Limitation of Liability?

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss on the item incurred during the delivery process. By submitting your Order Details to us, you hereby agree that you will not cancel your order and hereby indicate your agreement to the Terms and Conditions herein and acknowledge that you understand that the items purchased are second-hand items and you accept the conditions of the goods.
